Account manager - salary to be confirmed plus commission opportunity

Role Purpose Statement

You will maintain and grow profitable sales within the company you will be responsible for managing some accounts at TST UK Ltd, with the expectation to bring a customer base of your own to the company. Your people skills will be fantastic, and you will help to develop, grow and nurture the accounts, ensuring that our customers are continually happy with the service we are providing.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities

  • To achieve and increase sales turnover and gross profit
  • To be able to source your own stock
  • To gain and develop new accounts
  • To proactively manage customer retention
  • Maintenance of effective call cycle
  • To maintain competitor awareness
  • To maintain and develop knowledge of product offering
  • Maximise selling opportunities by analysis of customer need

Performance Indicators

  • Sales and gross profit
  • Customer retention
  • Range extension % NPD sales
  • New business performance

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Essential:

  • Proven track record of profitable sales delivery
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the market place
  • Relevant experience of B2B sales
  • The capacity to interpret, understand and act upon financial data to achieve customer solutions
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Computer literate

Job Type: Full-time 9-5 Monday to Friday
